APPLE BUNDT CAKE


 
 Assalamualaikum....


Hari Isnin yang tentu membuat kan kita sibuk melayan kerenah anak anak yang telah bercuti sekolah. Tapi ini lah masanya kita boleh menghabiskan lebih banyak masa buat anak anak...

Semalam kita bawa anak2 mandi kolam.. layan jiwa mereka jap..hehehhe... ternampak la si Yatie buat Kek Apple... memang sehari dua ni kita mencari resepi yang menggunakan epal hijau sebab dah terlalu lama epal dok tergolek dalam peti ais. Sebelum ke CikTong..lebih baik di usahakan ...

Tapi malangnya kek kita melekat kat acuan..tak leh nak keluar cantik tapi apapun kek ni sedap cuma kita rasa kurang moist sikit..(kering) .. kalau makan mesti ada air kat sebelah..

APPLE BUNDT CAKE

Ingredients
  • 2 cups apples - peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups white sugar (Yatie guna 1 cwn gula halus dan 1/2 cwn brown sugar)
  • 1 cup vegetable oil- boleh juga guna butter cair
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts-Yatie tak letak

  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar for dusting
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt or tube pan.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the diced apples, 1 tablespoon white sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon; set aside.
  4. Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
  5. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups white sugar, oil, orange juice, vanilla and eggs.
  6. Beat at high speed until smooth. Stir in flour mixture.
  7. Fold in chopped walnuts. Pour 1/3 of the batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the apple mixture.
  8. Alternate layers of batter and filling, ending with batter.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 55 to 60 minutes, or until the top springs back when lightly touched.
  10. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.

  3. sedapnya kak naz...saya memang teringin nak makan kek sekarang ni..tapi kan..malsnya nak buat..hahahha...hari tu pernah terpikir dah nak beli je kat pasar malam..hahahhah
